Love their hotpot. Been here twice. Food and service were equally excellent both times. Their broths are so flavorful. We've tried the miso, tonkatsu and Spicy Schezwan. The Spicy Schezwan is great to have on rainy days.

The best lomein I've had in a long while! So tasty. The scallion pancakes was good. The egg rolls were our least favorite... Really crisp and hot, but the filling was really mushy. Service was "fine". We were there at 7pm on a Sunday night...a decent number of other diners as well as take out orders pretty constant, most other people seemed to be having hotpot.

It was a cold day and was craving hot pot. The restaurant is small and it seems like takeout was popular during dinner. We only saw street parking which is plentiful. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the kimchi hot pot soup base with Japanese ramen noodles, beef, enoki mushrooms, bok choy and assorted tofu. The soup base was good and I didn't notice it being spicy. The beef was cut in large slices and most of the items were frozen as expected besides the bok choy. Really appreciated the induction hot plate and 10% discount when paying cash.

We like the hot pot and maki rolls. The soup base is light and food tastes fresh. We like an easy warm hot pot in a cold rainy day!

AWFUL customer service OVER SOME RICE. normally when ordering Chinese food it comes with rice, my order did not so I called thinking it might have gotten left. I was told that if it doesn’t say rice on the menu it doesn’t come with it. And after explaining to the manager that NOTHING on the menu says it comes with rice I was hung up on. I will not be spending my money on their OVERPRICED Chinese food again.

Shabu lee is a small Japanese/ Chinese restaurant located in downtown Norwood. This little place serves some of the most amazing food with very reasonable prices. I’ve never had to chance to dine in at this place due to this on going pandemic but, I’ve had takeouts from Grubhub and Uber eats from this place. The food is delicious and the portion size is decent enough. The prices are decent as well. I’ve tried their wonton dumpling noodle soup, spring rolls and egg rolls and all were fantastic and yum. I’d surely order again from this place and try some more of their offerings. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent Chinese/ Japanese meal at a reasonably affordable price point.

10/10. Great prices especially for the portions. All of the rolls were plated very nicely and very fresh. The servers were super down to earth and the service was quick.

They forgot part of our carry out order. When I called, they sent someone right over to deliver the missing dish. Food is always good. Employees are super friendly and always seem to remember our favorites.
